Terms of Service/Use

  1. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older, or have explicit authorization from the primary payor, to purchase packages from San Andreas Roleplay.

  2. Legitimate Payment: You confirm that the funds used for any purchase are not stolen, counterfeit, or acquired through illegal means, and you accept full responsibility for their source.

  3. Voluntary Purchase: All purchases are made voluntarily, without duress or external pressure.

  4. Digital Services Only: Purchased packages grant access to restricted in-game content and services within the SARP community and do not include physical products or downloadable files.

  5. Final Sale: All purchases are final, with no refunds or exchanges unless approved at SARP's sole discretion based on special circumstances.

  6. Package Price Changes: Package prices and contents may change at any time without notice, and all packages are non-transferable.

  7. No Advantage: SARP operates as a non-economy vMenu-based roleplay server, and purchased packages are designed to enhance immersion without providing a competitive advantage.

  8. Community Rules: By purchasing a package, you agree to follow all associated package rules and the overarching SARP Server Rules; if you are found breaking any rules using a purchased package, it may be revoked without warning, refund, or exchange.

  9. Misuse Consequences: Any misuse or abuse of a package may result in revocation of access with or without notice and without refund or compensation.

  10. Discord Role Management: Package permissions are managed through Discord roles, and failure to join or remain in the store Discord server may result in loss of access.

  11. Account Removal: No refunds or reimbursements will be issued if you are banned, kicked, or voluntarily leave the SARP community.

  12. Reclaiming Packages: You can reclaim packages by rejoining the store Discord server, where the store bot will auto-assign them; support is available via ticket if needed.

  13. Fraud Investigations: All fraudulent activity, including charge disputes or self-refunds, will be investigated and may result in permanent bans and account restrictions.

  14. Payment Verification: SARP may request secure verification of your payment method via support ticket to ensure legitimacy.

  15. Right to Refuse: SARP reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, with or without explanation, though lifetime packages will remain accessible.

  16. Support Requests: For any issues or inquiries—including refund requests under valid circumstances—please contact support via a ticket in the store Discord.

  17. Third-Party Disclaimer: SARP is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other real-world brand and operates independently.

  18. Terms Modification: These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice, and continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.
