Terms of Service/Use

  1. Eligibility and Authorization
    Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older or have explicit authorization from the primary payor to purchase packages from San Andreas Roleplay.

Legitimate Payment: You confirm that the funds used to make a purchase are not stolen, counterfeit, or acquired through illegal means. You accept full responsibility for the source and status of your funds.

  1. Voluntary Purchase
    Free Will: You confirm that all purchases are made voluntarily and not under duress or external pressure.

Digital Services Only: All purchased packages grant you access to restricted in-game content, permissions, and other digital services within the San Andreas Roleplay community. No physical products or downloadable files are provided with any package.

  1. Sales and Refunds
    Final Sale: All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except at the sole discretion of SARP, based on special circumstances.

Package Price Changes: Package prices and content are subject to change without prior notice. All packages are non-transferable.

  1. SARP Roleplay Server
    No Advantage: SARP operates as a non-economy role-play server using vMenu. Purchased packages are designed to enhance your role-playing experience and will not give you any competitive advantage.

Community Rules: By purchasing a package, you agree to follow all specific package rules and the overarching SARP Server Rules.

  1. Misuse of Packages
    Misuse Consequences: If any package is misused or abused, SARP reserves the right to revoke your access to it with or without notice. No refunds or compensations will be given for revoked packages.

  2. Discord Integration
    Role Management: Package permissions are tied to Discord roles in the Discord server. If you leave or fail to join the store Discord, you may lose access to your purchased packages. You must remain in the Discord to receive package updates or role assignments.

  3. Account Status
    No Refund on Account Removal: If you are kicked, banned, or choose to leave the SARP community, you are not entitled to a refund or reimbursement. Once your purchase is complete, the funds belong to SARP.

Reclaiming Packages: You can reclaim your purchased packages by rejoining the store Discord. The store's Discord bot will automatically assign available packages to your account. Assistance can be requested via a support ticket.

  1. Fraud Prevention
    Fraud Investigations: Any fraudulent activities, such as disputing charges or attempting self-refunds, will be investigated thoroughly. These actions may result in a permanent ban from the SARP community and a disabling of your store account.

Verification: SARP may request verification of your payment method if needed. This is to ensure the legitimacy of the payment and will be handled securely via our support ticket system.

  1. Right to Refuse Service
    Refusal of Service: SARP reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, for any reason, with or without explanation. Should this occur, your previously purchased lifetime packages will remain, but you will be unable to make new purchases.

  2. Support and Inquiries
    Support: For any questions or assistance, including issues with your package or a refund request (under valid circumstances), please contact us via a support ticket in the store Discord.

  3. No Affiliation with Third-Party Brands
    Disclaimers: SARP has no affiliation with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other real-world brand. We operate independently and are solely responsible for the services provided.

  4. Modifications to Terms
    Amendments: SARP reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
